The total investment for hu Eraclea village represents one of the most significant tourism projects in Veneto, with an estimated economic impact of 400 million euros in the first three years of operation. The project covers 250 hectares, 100 of which are dedicated to the tourist village and 150 to the rural park of Valle Ossi.
It includes the construction of infrastructure, services, and public works worth several million euros, including 4 million euros in direct benefits to the community and 16.7 hectares of land transferred to the Municipality of Eraclea. Scheduled to open in 2027, the project will create 600 direct and indirect jobs, helping to reshape the region’s economic and social fabric with a model of sustainable, high-value tourism.
