Our strategic development plan confirms our commitment to continuing to invest in Italy, promoting the local area from an environmental and social perspective, while protecting the heritage and natural resources and landscape of each place. Sustainable growth for regenerative tourism, where there is constant dialogue between humans and nature.
We are planning to open three new sites in the coming years, each with its own unique characteristics that make it a one-of-a-kind experience. Our focus is on preserving the identity of sites, giving space and new opportunities for innovation, and creating experiences that are ever more immersive, engaging and authentic. We will be opening two Villages in Veneto: hu Eraclea Village – an open-air site built entirely from scratch and one of the largest in Europe – and hu Porto Tolle Village, which is a converted former Enel thermoelectric power plant. In Tuscany, we are opening Cavriglia Feelness Village – a unique project linked to a new concept of physical activity and wellness.
Veneto
The total investment for hu Eraclea village represents one of the most significant tourism projects in Veneto, with an estimated economic impact of 400 million euros in the first three years of operation. The project covers 250 hectares, 100 of which are dedicated to the tourist village and 150 to the rural park of Valle Ossi.
