Projects & partnerships are in our DNA.

In every project we are involved in, in every partnership we form, we always hold fast to the pillars that guide us. Nature, people and local communities, of course. Along with innovation, knowledge, responsibility and solidarity. Our projects reflect our constant commitment to hospitality, giving it a new lease of life, a new depth and a new meaning every day.

Our projects

Argo

With the aim of promoting continuous innovation in the hospitality sector, Human Company has become a corporate partner of Argo, the public development bank Cassa Depositi e Prestiti’s (CDP) start-up accelerator as part of the Italian National Accelerator Network. Argo was launched in December 2022 by CDP Venture Capital in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Tourism.

Argo was the first programme in Italy entirely dedicated to start-ups developing innovative tourism and hospitality solutions. The objective was clear: to select and nurture the most promising Italian and international companies in the traveltech sector that were ready to open operational headquarters in Italy.

The programme was managed by Zest and VeniSIA (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) with the support of main partners Intesa Sanpaolo and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, with Human Company as corporate partner and the Scuola Italiana di Ospitalità as technical partner. An initiative aimed at promoting start-ups with structured teams and working prototypes that were capable of offering innovative solutions in key areas: business, cultural, religious and academic tourism; package travel; outdoor, food and wine, sports and wellness experiences, with particular focus on enabling technologies such as CRM systems, data intelligence platforms, e-commerce apps and digital travel solutions.

Ca’ Foscari University of Venice

Forging an active relationship between academia and business is essential for creating concrete learning content, developing skills and generating innovation. With this in mind, we have entered into a partnership with Ca’ Foscari University of Venice – a hub for excellence built around teaching, research and innovation.

This long-term collaboration will provide space for strategic, high-impact projects for entrepreneurs and business operators in the open-air sector, young graduates and bright students. All with a strong common goal: to promote sustainable, innovative open-air tourism that is increasingly linked to the local area and its heritage, working to create social, cultural and economic value.

Corri la vita

Caring about the local area also means supporting projects that promote solidarity and individuals’ health. This is why we have chosen to run alongside CORRI LA VITA (Run for Life), a project launched in 2003 with the aim of supporting women affected by breast cancer and funding initiatives dedicated to prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

For more than 20 years, CORRI LA VITA has been offering participants the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience in Florence, with the chance to visit the city’s iconic landmarks free of charge, including Palazzo Strozzi, the Museo degli Innocenti, the Arcetri Observatory and the Santa Croce complex.

Every year, more than 30,000 people gather for Italy’s biggest non-competitive running event in a day that blends sport, solidarity, health and culture. And we have always been part of it.

Dynamo Camp

For the third consecutive year, Human Company reaffirms its commitment to Dynamo Camp – a Recreational Therapy facility immersed in nature in the Pistoia Apennines.

In 2025, the Foundation received the unclaimed prizes from the “Vinci l’Eroica with hu” (Win the Eroica with hu) competition, which offered 25 entries for the famous historic cycling race on the dirt roads of central Tuscany.

For almost 20 years, Dynamo Camp has been offering free recreational therapy programmes for children and adolescents suffering from serious and chronic illnesses, along with their families.

Reaffirming our commitment to Dynamo Camp marks another step forwards in our journey of shared responsibility and offering genuine support for projects with a high social impact, with the prospect of continuing to generate value together.
