Growing naturally

Vision and precision, awareness and responsibility, courage and commitment.

This is how a vision becomes reality, through hard work, responsibility and innovation. This is how we reaffirm our intention to contribute to a future where hospitality, sustainability and a celebration of the local area go hand in hand.

The future is something we plan and build together.

Our strategic development plan confirms our commitment to continuing to invest in Italy, promoting the local area from an environmental and social perspective, while protecting the heritage and natural resources and landscape of each place. Sustainable growth for regenerative tourism, where there is constant dialogue between humans and nature.

We are planning to open three new sites in the coming years, each with its own unique characteristics that make it a one-of-a-kind experience. Our focus is on preserving the identity of sites, giving space and new opportunities for innovation, and creating experiences that are ever more immersive, engaging and authentic. We will be opening two Villages in Veneto: hu Eraclea Village – an open-air site built entirely from scratch and one of the largest in Europe – and hu Porto Tolle Village, which is a converted former Enel thermoelectric power plant. In Tuscany, we are opening Cavriglia Feelness Village – a unique project linked to a new concept of physical activity and wellness.

Our projects

hu Eraclea Village

Covering a total of 618 acres, Valle Ossi is an area of exceptional natural beauty. Its strategic location between the Laguna del Mort, the Piave River and the coastline of Eraclea Mare makes the area ideal for a tourism business. The project involves creating two separate areas: the tourist accommodation area, where we plan to construct a 230-acre open-air village. This section is the heart of the project and is firmly focused on restoring the area’s existing buildings, to shine a spotlight on local history and culture.

The site will also be open to locals from Eraclea, who will be able to access a range of the village’s services. The nature area, designated as the Valle Ossi Rural and Regional Tourist Park, covering approximately 370 acres. The area will retain the characteristics of the reclaimed landscape, with a focus on the pine forest and the Laguna del Mort.
Transportation within the Village will be 100% green.

hu Porto Tolle Village

The Porto Tolle Village project is an offshoot of Futur-E – the programme developed by energy company ENEL that aims to convert 23 Italian thermoelectric power plants into innovative, environmentally sustainable sites.
The village will be built over 939 acres in a unique environmental setting: the Po River Delta.

As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this area is home to a nature reserve of exceptional importance due to the biodiversity of the local flora and fauna. The project involves developing an open-air village, a sports centre and a research centre. It will offer new opportunities for the local community, promoting scientific, artistic and cultural activities, based on the model of a circular economy.
