Human Company reshapes its leadership: Domenico Montano named Group CEO
Montano, after five years as General Manager, becomes CEO, building on continuity to drive Human Company towards the ambitious goals of its business plan.

Human Company, an Italian group active in the hospitality sector for over 40 years and a leading player in the Italian open-air tourism sphere, has announced an overhaul of the Group's leadership: the Board of Directors has appointed Domenico Montano as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
The appointment represents the natural next step in Montano’s five-year journey: as General Manager, he played a significant role in the Group’s progress along its growth path. This new appointment also reflects the Board’s commitment to managerial continuity in pursuit of the most ambitious objectives in the business plan.

"I accept this appointment with pride: it is the natural continuation of a pathway that I have forged over the past five years as General Manager of the Group," explained Domenico Montano, CEO of Human Company. “Human Company is entering the most ambitious phase in its history, underpinned by an investment plan exceeding 350 million euros and projects such as hu Eraclea Mare and hu Cavriglia Sport Village, which will shape the Group’s growth over the coming years. We will face each challenge with the same commitment as always: to grow by generating shared value for the regions in which we operate, upholding a tourism model that combines economic growth, sustainability and dedication to local communities”.
About Domenico Montano
Born in Basilicata in 1976, Domenico Montano studied at the Iuav University of Venice, where he earned a master's degree in Visual Arts and Design. Since 2021, he has been the General Manager of Human Company. He also played an active role in the creation of Mercato Centrale, the Italian catering concept, and has served as a Board Advisor since 2023. At the helm of the Group's operational structure, he has given Human Company's digital transformation journey a notable boost, strengthening the company’s direct connections with guests and guiding it through a phase of constant growth.

The composition of the new Board of Directors
In addition to the appointment of Domenico Montano as Chief Executive Officer, the new Human Company Board of Directors also named two key figures in its pursuit of continuity: Marco Vannucchi, Chairman of the Board of Directors with responsibility for construction, and Marta Cardini, with responsibility for Corporate Governance and Sustainability.
The other members of the Board were also named: Simone Cardini, Marco Carotenuto, Raoul Ravara and Andrea Morante.
